ABOUT ME
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) based in Lawrence, Kansas, with extensive experience working within healthcare, nonprofit, and public systems across the state.
Over the course of my career, I’ve held senior leadership and operational roles in healthcare organizations, advocacy groups, and public-facing institutions. My work has included direct support and referral coordination for individuals with brain injuries and their families, executive leadership within healthcare and professional associations, and responsibility for compliance, operations, and communication in highly regulated environments.
I’ve worked closely with hospitals, treatment centers, insurers, nonprofit organizations, state agencies, and community partners — often serving as the primary point of contact when situations were complex, urgent, or emotionally charged. That experience gives me a clear understanding of how systems actually function, where they break down, and why families so often feel overwhelmed trying to navigate them on their own.
Today, I use that background to provide private care management and systems navigation for Kansas families facing aging, disability, and KanCare-related challenges. My role is to help bring clarity, coordination, and advocacy to situations that feel confusing or unmanageable.
This work is non-clinical and non-therapeutic. It focuses on practical support, communication, and system navigation so families can make informed decisions and feel supported.
I serve families in Lawrence, Kansas City, and surrounding rural counties, and I’m willing to travel when in-person support is helpful.
It’s nice to meet you!
